At Lanka Book Exchange.com, we are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy experience for both boarding property advertisers and seekers. Since we are a service-based advertising platform and not involved in direct selling of products or rentals, our refund policy is as follows:

Subscription & Listing Fees

• You can By books from us.
• All payments made for premium listings or advertising services on Boarding.lk are non-refundable once the listing or service has been published.
• If a payment is made but the listing is not published due to a technical error or policy violation, please contact our support team within 7 days.

Duplicate Payments

Please notify us at athulasiriproduction@gmail.com. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 business days.

Service Disruptions

We may offer credits or listing extensions if your service is disrupted.
